Vinu for it carry not only large Sorosy and Parvusy but also great number of little from a «middle class», which from a generation in a generation give the economies and free facilities of Parvusam, Sorosam and find fully well-behaved the increase of the face values rates far excelling growth of spectrum of the real production, restrained technically narrow-mindedness of energypotential of society and KPD technological processes of technosphere. It is the legalized variety of stealing, thus in especially large sizes. Therefore guilt for it is carried by the legislators of entire countries, where “hernia” of economy is legalized and overgrows; and also and intelligentsia, whose scientific ideas and artistic creations these legislators . People get, that deserves, as thoughtlessly shacks up with by this rubbish.

The carefree growing of “hernia” of economy is fraught large future social shocks of global scale. But many do not think not only about it, but will not heed to warnings. Example that publication in the “Economic newspaper” № 48, 1997 the “World crisis convinced: It will be necessary to endow an exchange stock”.
