The strategic planning is an organizational mechanism of development and realization of strategy, by which guidance of organization concentrates resources in productions, promising most prospects in the future. In this case is both financial and technological and still human resources. Strategic planning on the orientation oppositely to planning from attained, because basis for him is made by descriptions of external surroundings in the future, but not features of internal situation and tradition of organization. Strategic planning in something similarly with marketing, it is possible even to say that the strategic planning is the "prolonged marketing". If marketing essence consists of organization of management with the purpose of satisfaction of existent necessities of people, then the strategic planning is directed on satisfaction of future necessities which will arise up over the years. The strategic planning implies watching of progress of personnel trends, and also determination of strategic requirement in labour resources, arising up in the process of realization of one or another global production plans.

Within the framework of the strategic planning of personnel the special attention the questions of determination of long-term requirements must be spared in the shots of one or another qualification, to the choice of forms of financing of education, program of the teaching developments with that the strategic aims of organization were attained in the put terms and with a most competence. The basic orientation of the strategic planning of personnel is become the same by readiness to the large, long-term and expensive measures in area of preparation and development of labour potential of enterprise.

In opposition strategic - the current planning attracts attention on small swaying changes in labour resources. In the field of management a personnel the current planning is not taken only to the specification and working out in detail of strategic plan. Along with working out in detail and specification of strategic plan, the current planning of personnel has the own purview, constrained, foremost with that a personnel is a living organism some cages of which die as though, and other give birth again. Within the framework of the current planning the questions of discharges are examined, retiring, in a maternity and creative leave, fluidities of shots etc. The basic feature of the current planning is his operationability, I.e. providing of readiness to the rapid reaction on small changes. Actually, the current planning is planning of substituting for leaving of labour resources. The current planning is related to the operation numbers, got on the basis of analysis of unlong-term necessities of organization and by descriptions, reflecting the vibrations of quantity of labour force. These numbers, certainly, not current plan, they are his quantitative side only. It is then necessary to develop measures with that with the least expenses and most efficiency to collect the failing amount of workers. In a plan must be considered financial aspects of question, because all measures on of candidates and their selection (in particular case advertising and special testing) cost considerable money.
