The proper norms can be extrapolated in the future, and the prognosis of volume of works can serve a starting point for determination of requirements in a personnel. Naturally, that not at all always this method is adequate. For successful application of extrapolation it is necessary to have in a presence a tendency and norms on which it is possible it will be to lean in the proper calculations. It is possible only in that case, when basic activity of organization and labour of workers productivity remain unchanging. In addition, numbers, got by extrapolation, must be adjusted taking into account planning of measures on the increase of the labour productivity, if such are present. In a number of cases adjustment must take into account a market capacity. In particular it touches the sphere of insurance services. If a market is already filled, a reception on work of additional workers can result in the decline of the productivity already workings. A thin calculation, having for an object increase of the productivity of all workers, is here needed, at the decline of the individual making each.

Balance method. Design. This method is also used for determination of requirements in labour force in changing terms. A model can be made both on the basis of requirements of technology (scales of works, accordance between the amount of workers and by the type of the rendered favour, amount and specific of streams of information and other) and on the basis of социотехнического approach, taking into account the queries of production and social subsystems of organization (enriching of labour, development of personnel, rotary press of personnels and other). The body of man gives birth at first. And a man gives birth only in the moment of death of his body.

Who I? Man? It is not. Woman? It is not. Child? It is not also. And, certainly, the grown not man. And who? I — only material. Material from which I do itself right through life. My body can name a man or child, or yet somehow. Certainly, I make itself not alone out of this material. I am helped by other people. Which lived, live or will live. I am helped by this book. Maybe, it does me more than I. In fact it is my child, and I am its child. In fact when I in it write about that, whatever know, blank space in my head yields to hard knowledge.

And if right through life I make itself out of itself, then when I am ready? When the last stroke will be fixed? Well, certainly, in the moment of death. Then this work will be shut-down.

Whatever sculptor wants to give a glance on the labour?

But seeing the birth is impossible before death of body. Unfinished work it is not accepted to show.

Without death we would not be able to give birth and know: who we.

Pain from expectation of pain is fear — also gives expectation itself. This chain is endless: pain from expectation of pain. Lack of ability to stop this stream of proactive pain and there is timidity.

How well a man, expecting inevitable punishment, feels? Inoy and to do nothing can, all time thinking about inevitable. And other does not remember: the day of atonement will come, then will suffer, and while there is no time!

Dread of life is fear of death.

Fear of death is dread of life.

Can having way to be afraid of life? No, because he does not have fear of death.

His life — it part of his businesses only, for the conduct of which a body is required him. Having a large goal, he constantly travels outside life, trying by the best appearance to use the body for businesses it. And wherein he will not have the body, there is possibility to use the bodies of other people. If he is able to manage them. And it is not so important, what part of businesses he will perform through the body, and what — through other.

A father with a son undertook a distant walk. A son got tired and asked on hands. Small age and growth allowed him to appeal with such request.
